Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
The rental price includes accommodation, all charges and taxes (except tourist tax). The tourist tax is to be paid with the balance 10 days before the date of arrival. The deposit corresponding to 25% of the amount of the stay will be requested upon booking.
A deposit check of 200 € is requested with the balance and returned by us within the week following the departure of the tenant if no damage is to be deplored.
